The place is good value for money. You can rent a moped and be in Kata, Karon Phuket city and many places very quickly. You laptop passport etc are safe in lockers. Good internet and great food in place next to Hostel also.
the cleaning lady is rude and lazy, but hotel manager cool and speaks good english.

It was cheap
The hotel was advertised as being in Phuket town but it was half an hour away.

The room was clean and the staff nice.
You dont have your own bathroom or toilet. The location is not anywhere near phuket town. Count at least 200 bahts for the taxi (one way to bus station, town)

It is nothing like the website- no canteen, it is no where near beaches and is not even in Phuket town! It is located along a very busy main road that is very difficult to cross safely, traffic noise is horrendous, trying to find somewhere to eat was a mission to. I asked the receptionist where the beach was and she told me it was 3km away- that is not walking distance so cannot be near! The bed was very hard, the towels were tatty and the 'fitted' sheet kept coming undone. Thre were no ensuite bathrooms as described on the website. Ovrall I was unimpressed and will not be coming again!
